I have an artistic career background and was fascinated by the internet since early childhood being a self-taught developer. I am passionate about digital design and development, love working with people and think of myself as a leader rather than a manager; holding the belief that every project relies on empowered people, fruitful collaboration and teamwork.
I have a holistic view of the design and build process as I've got hands on experience with UX design as well as web development. I know how systems work and the technologies behind them as well as what users want and need.
I’m experienced leading various digital projects solving challenges such as complexed e-commerce checkout user flows as well as synchronous, asynchronous and blended e-learning platforms.
I work at King’s College London as the Head of Design and Innovation.
I am the King's Online product owner, covering fully-onilne and blended programmess as well as online CPD courses King's is offering. I am responsible for the product strategy and roadmap and lead on cross-functional collaboration of the design, development, media and content teams.
I teach User Experience Design at University of the Arts London and frequently deliver keynotes, sharing my knowledge and experience in conferences around the world.
I previously worked at UAL as the Academic Enterprise Digital Lead. I was responsible for UAL’s e-commerce section of the website and managed user experience design, search engine optimization, systems integration and web development.
I started my way at UAL as the Digital Projects Developer and was responsible for the design and development of the Online Short Courses e-learning platform.
